Highlights
Great Service
Disappointing Crab Boil
Unreliable Online Orders
High Prices for Small Portions

Crafty Crab is a lively spot that promises a blend of delicious seafood and a vibrant atmosphere, but my visit left me with mixed feelings. The service was exceptional, with our server exhibiting a friendly demeanor and attentive service that set a positive tone for the evening. However, I was a bit let down by the crab boil; while the flavors were bold, the execution left something to be desired. The crab was overcooked and, frankly, a tad disappointing given the hype surrounding their signature dish.

Another hurdle was the online ordering system, which turned out to be a bit unreliable. I had hoped to enjoy my meal at home, but a few mix-ups led to unexpected delays. It's a bit frustrating when you're craving seafood and your order doesn’t quite meet expectations.

On a brighter note, the overall ambiance was delightful, making it easy to enjoy a meal with friends. However, I found the prices rather steep for the portions served. While the flavors and atmosphere have a lot of potential, I believe Crafty Crab still has some work to do to achieve that exceptional restaurant experience. Ultimately, it’s a fun stop, but keep your expectations in check when it comes to the seafood.
